“Good service and dealt with a problem I had on damaged product received. But didn't get what I wanted as the replacement provided was not the same as the original order and not what I really wanted.”

“Easy to use web site. PicFrames kept me informed all the time as there was a bit of a delay because of Covid restrictions. There were many choices of frames and mounts. The frame and mount was tailormade exactly to my requirements. The packaging was well done. I am delighted and therefore I am a happy bunny.”

“Very pleased with the new frame, etc. Disappointed that the acrylic could not be supplied as resistant to ultra violet light. Also surprised that the brown tape was only 25 mm wide instead of the normal 50 mm wide”

“Very pleased with the service. Picframes kept me updated on progress, apologised for slowness due to Covid (though I didn't find particularly slow!), and the frame and mounts were precisely made and easy to assemble even for a clumsy person like me. The price was also reasonable - I would definitely use again.”

“Took 15 working days, so almost 3 weeks. The mount is too small and it's incredibly difficult to align the poster with the mount. Had it been even 2mm larger, it would have been much better. 'Plexi glass' a surprise, I thought it was glass - but I misunderstood the term 'acrylic glazing'. Backings are slightly smaller than the actual frame so it all moves about a bit - not a snug fit for home assembly.”
