“From order to receipt was very protracted. Once dispatched the frames arrived well packaged. One of the frames was badly finished with the metal corner joiners left proud of the wood on two corners. Not readily evident the resulting cut to my finger quickly drew my attention to this issue. If I had not possessed my own tools allowing me to correct this issue I would have had no other option other than to return the frame.”

“I've used Picframes twice now and both times the quality of manufacture is excellent. I can't comment on competitiveness as I have not compared to other companies, but I feel the price reflects the product and is not excessive. My only negative is the time between invoice and notification of manufacture start can be quite long without any progress update in between (about 11 days on the second order). Also, no delivery dates are offered so I can't answer whether the delivery was on time or not. Great delivery packaging!”
