“I am astounded by the quality of our frame - it really is so intricate and the gold really stands out! The only thing that detracted from my experience was the communication from the company. I received two emails in error..the first stated that my frame was with the couriers which got me all excited..the second a few days later was to tell me they had just started working on it. A few weeks down the line and no further contact left me wondering where the frame was. I had to reach out to the company (via email as calling wasn't an option) to then get a response saying that they were waiting for materials to arrive. Having said this, Mike was excellent in responding to those emails and I did feel that my situation was given due consideration by his team.”

“The service was amazing they kept me informed at every stage. The frame is fabulous I love it it’s really good quality., Also when I had a query they answered almost immediately so would not bother going elsewhere”

“Excellent communication and service in spite of the Corona restrictions. The frame I ordered is superb. Lovely finish and perfect size of frame and the mounts. Thank you. The only thing I would ask is that some instructions on how to hang the frame be included with the frame or at least a link to the internet showing instructions on how to do this.”

“I didn’t quite understand the measuring process but when I requested help I had a speedy response & all became clear. Seamless procedure with updates at each & every stage. I ordered 5 frames & they arrived exactly within the given time frame. Excellent quality & workmanship. I’m definitely going to use this company again & much better value than our local framer.”

“Was a bit dubious at first as the price was far better than others online. Frame arrived just over a week later and was exactly what we had been looking for. Good quality and well made.Found a small defect some days later so emailed pictures and short note to Mike who was quick to respond and offered to send a replacement. Would definitely use again”
