“Second time I have bought custom-made mounts. Both times I wanted very specific and accurate window cuts- both times, they delivered precisely what I needed, to the millimetre. Items arrived very securely packaged, with fast turnaround. Highly recommended.”

“No problems. I inadvertently ordered the wrong colour of mount. It should have been Soberton Blue, not green. Can you give me a cost to send me the correct colour”

“Good quality frames, well packaged. I took the insurance option because I had a piece of artwork that I wanted to frame and was a bit unsure about the measurements. As it happened, the mount opening was a bit too big. I emailed picframes and got a new mount in few days and now my artwork looks great. Really good service, very happy to recommend.”

“Having previously ordered picture mounts from Picframes without problem, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service associated with my current order. I selected and paid for backing sheets to go with three corresponding mounts. The backing sheets were omitted from the package. I emailed Picframes to point this out. Nathan responded to the effect that my order didn’t include backing sheets. I therefore emailed a copy of my order which refers specifically to them. This message has been ignored. So I’ve been overcharged and have no backing sheets. Of even more significance to me is the inference that I would attempt to cheat this company by falsely claiming that I have ordered something for which I haven’t paid. This is both insulting and offensive. The lack of response also appears to indicate that they care nothing about their customers and have at best a casual relationship with honesty and integrity. All in all a very poor show. I doubt I shall use them again unless they resolve this issue.”

“Regrettably I managed to order the wrong style of frame but do not know how, however with little effort I have managed to adapt the frame to suit. Service was good and and well informed at all stages, I would use the site again.”

“Delighted with the quality of your products, which arrived sensitively packaged. And yes, there was a time lapse from order to delivery, as stated with the order confirmation, but the service and production quality was excellent. “Used this company to frame a pair of old paintings I wasn’t very fond of. The website was easy to navigate and to visualise final product!! Frames and mounts arrived just a few weeks after I placed my order and I love them!!”

“Very pleased with the service and product overall. One suggestion however.... - as my frame was large, the white backing card used comprised two pieces taped together. While this is understandable, it was disappointing because a dark coloured tape was used which shows through the light coloured picture I've framed... Hence, remedial work required to mask this - so if you don't have big enough backing card, I suggest you use white tape!”

“The ordering process was fine but the time to produce the frames was quite lengthy, although this was explained carefully by the business and I was in no particular hurry. They were promised for delivery by DHL on a Friday but didn’t arrive until the following Monday. This was in a timed slot so no need to wait around. The frames were excellent. Size of frames and masks were spot on. The quality was good - not exceptional. Good value for money though and I would recommend this company”

“I ordered a frame for a gift I was given which was a non-standard size. The website was easy to use, and the ordering process was very quick. I was updated regularly on the progress of my order, and even with covid-19 restrictions causing ongoing issues, my frame arrived much quicker than I'd expected. It was securely packaged, and exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service all round.”
