“Excellent service. I was able to specify exactly the frame that I wanted. I had deliberately chosen a very thin section for the frame, which would have been structurally weak over a long span. Quite correctly, Picframe rang me to query the robustness of my specified frame, but they were happy once I confirmed that I knew that it would need some reinforcement to keep ithe frame square. Picframe added some of their own reinforcement, which was very helpful. The finished picture is now hanging on my wall (after I added further re-inforcement!) and looks just as I hope it would. Thank you.”

“I chose this company because they actually did not discriminate against me because I lived in Mainland UK but not within the courier dominated south. I did pay extra for delivery but it was an acceptable. The products themselves are excellent quality, were easy to order with a little bit of thought although I would have probably included a picture of how inserting a border card looks as per the different sizes looking within a frame. This way I would have probably looked at different options perhaps choosing a more expensive and edged look. The frames were well packed and the acetate well protected. The ancilliaries were well described and do the job perfectly.”

“Fantastic service for a bespoke frame, with lots of options. The site was easy to use, with easy to follow instructions for measuring your picture. Over half the price some guy wanted on the high street. Delivered in estimated time and packaged to protect. Would use again!!!”
