“Excellent service. I can't fault it at all. Great value for money, really good quality frames etc and excellent customer relations. When I received a mount that I had measured wrong, I rang PicFrames and Mike sent me another mount very quickly despite being extremely busy.”

“The frames, mounts and acrylic glazing are good quality for the price. Although I had no problems mounting my canvas paintings in the frames, I would suggest that some basic guidance, hints and tips would be useful to all customers.”

“Easy to use website in order to create exactly the look you want. I ordered frames made to measure and they are picture perfect! I wanted a distressed look at the pictures I wanted framing were of old buildings so I went for a pewter frame - they only took one week to arrive and there look great - exactly the the look I wanted. Highly recommended in quality of service and quality of product at great price!”

“I can't speak too highly of this company! From start to finish, the experience of choosing frames, mounts, etc., was so easy and helpful. You can even put your proposed picture in the frame you are choosing or sampling, plus mounts, to see what it would look like when framed. There was an excellent choice of frames and mounts, and the finished product when we received it did not disappoint in the slightest. The packaging was exemplary, as was delivery, as was order-to-delivery time. Added to all this, having compared prices both online and with our local firms, Picframes came out cheapest. We will definitely use them again, as appropriate.”
