“The website was very easy to follow, and choosing the frame, ordering the correct size etc was very simple. I found the cost very reasonable, much cheaper than the 'High Street'. When I ordered the frame I was advised on the approximate time it would take to make and dispatch it, and notified when it was sent to me, with the day and time expected! The frame is lovely, good quality and really flatters the picture we bought it for. I will definitely use again next time I require a frame, rather than going shopping with my ruler!!”

“Product fine -but delivery long winded to the last possible and no notification from delivery company as to hour of delivery - all very well that product up to spec if the time of delivery is protracted and unspecified - may have use alternative source if you unable to address”

“I'm very pleased with my custom made frames and mounts. They are good quality, and look smart on the wall. They were well packaged with all the necessary accessories. There was a delay in their arrival, probably due to Easter bank holidays. When I emailed the company to confirm that my frame had been dispatched I didn't receive a reply.”

“I have had several frames from picframes and have never been dissappointed. The ordering process is straightforward and there is always someone helpful on the phone if you have questions. My latest purchase was a large black wood frame for a Beatles poster and it came in perfect condition and very well packaged. Prices are good compared with local framers and quality also. Highly recommend this company.”

“We were happy with the quality of our picture frame, but the wood was a little lighter than we thought it was going to be, I suppose that is the problem when you just see it online. We had to chase as it was delivered after the stated time, there was a reasonable excuse, but no contact letting us know.”
