“I have bought picture frames twice from this site and they have been excellent and well-priced. They arrived promptly and the packaging was good. The instructions are easy to follow and there are plenty of choices of materials.”

“I bought a large frame. The frame , glass inner frame all fine and fit well. BUT, BUT, BUT the hanging hooks are totally inadequate for the weight - small screws into hard board? The whole thing would have come crashing down as soon as it was hung. I have had to buy new robust fixings. Parcel force "express 48hours" took six days, but that is another matter.”

“Friend had bought us a lovely picture, but it wasn't a standard size so couldn't find a frame to fit it. Visited a few 'local' frame shops (who I normally would like to support), but was getting quotes of over £100 to frame a picture that cost £30! I decided to go 'on line' and for less than half the cost managed to order a bespoke picture frame for our picture. It arrived on time and we framed the picture ourself. Picture is now framed (perfect fit) and looks great on the wall. Very happy with quality of frame, delivery and service!”

“Quality of frames and mount very good. Pleased that measuring was in inches, mm and cm which makes it easier to use which ever you're used to. Liked also you can upload your picture to see how it looks in a frame. Suggestion; make the differences between the total picture and the aperture size clearer as I got it slightly wrong but fortunately managed to put it right.”

“I'm very pleased with my PicFrame and would have no hesitation in recommending said company. Tis the first time I've purchased a picture frame on-line, and it wont be the last. I originally was going to get my print of English Pointers framed locally but glad I decided to buy the frame from PicFrames. I found their site very well designed and easy to use - even for an idiot like me :-)”

“I wanted some frames where I could easily change the picture or photograph. These were exactly what I wanted with a board at the back held in place with metal clips (I needed strong fingers to bend the clips). Good range of frames, coloured card surrounds and glass or perspex to choose from. Only problem I had was trying to match online card colours with the real thing - pity there is no sample service”

“I bought a set of 7 Oak frames mounts from Picframes - my first interaction was with Mike when I wanted to ask some questions about the frames - he was really helpful on the phone and his confidence and knowledge reassured me that I had chosen the right place The frames arrived promptly, I was informed when they were completed and in transit - and I could track the process precisely which was very convenient. The testament to good service is when something goes wrong and as unfortunately two were damaged in transit (nothing wrong with the packaging just unfortunate I guess) - this was immediately rectified by Mike and within a couple of working days I had the replacements. The frames are beautifully made, you can't beat real wood and the raw beauty of unvarnished oak set off our picture collection perfectly - I love that each piece is unique as the colours and grains vary slightly - the mounts are precise and flawless which the overall effect is of great quality These are more expensive than you'd pick up at a department store but they will last a lifetime and for a treasured picture it's well worth the extra cost - I can't recommend them enough.”
