“Ordered a custom-size frame to fit an old poster - the frame arrived quickly, really well packed and great quality. It fits the poster perfectly. I would definitely buy from PicFrames again.”

“Really excellent service all round 3 made to measure good quality frames at around a third of the price quoted by local framers and all delivered to the promised schedule in just over a week. One slight word of caution when ordering multiple same size frames, make sure you measure each display item carefully and don't assume all exactly the same size. I had 3 silk prints which look identical in size but in fact one is ever so slightly bigger than the other two had I used the largest ones measurements the other two inner frames would then have been to wide for the prints and have left around a centimetre additional border each side. USE THE SMALLEST PRINT SIZE TO ENSURE SUFFICIENT BORDER COVER.”

“You have sent this before the frames have arrived. Unfortunately Parcelforce have let you down and failed to meet their 48 delivery promise. So you might want to claim some of that money back!”

“This was the first time I had ordered from PicFrames, I had frames from another company which is no longer available, the frames arrived in good time and I am very pleased with them, they are very good quality and fit my work very well, I would recommend them.”

“I found it easy to design the frames that I wanted with the help of the guides on the website. I liked being able to upload a copy of my picture so that I could get a feel of what the finished product looked like. The frames arrived within the estimated time. My only complaint was that they were so well packed that unwrapping them was rather difficult - but I would rather that than have them arrive broken. They fitted perfectly.”

“Dispite an initial mix up with order the company were quick to rectify and got me my frame in time for my parents golden wedding anniversary. Errors do happen and the customer service and commitment to rectify the mistake were fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to use again”

“I found the frames to be exactly as described. Well made and finished. I bought 3 - 2 were perfect but I found the 3rd Perspex difficult to get back in and a large piece snapped off caused by the clips making the fit too tight.”

“I am dismayed. The mounts are badly cut, and dirty, and have dented edges. The back boards are rough cut, some of them are just cardboard with writing on. These were to be used for mounting unframed browser prints for an upcoming exhibition. They are completely unfit for purpose.”

“Not sure if the frame was worth the price. Had to attach tape to the back of the frame as the wooden sides 'sagged'. To be fair it was a fairly long and narrow frame. The card mount wasn't cut very accurately either. Overall not sure I'd return and you the site again.”
