“There was quite a wait for my order, although they did keep me updated on email which was good. Have just unpacked my box and the additional items I ordered and paid for (brown tape and heavy duty fixings) were not in there, meaning I can't hang my picture. Have contacted customer services (tried phoning and couldn't get an answer so resorted to email) and wait to see how quickly they can sort this out for me.”

“The website is simple to use with helpful advice, good descriptions and plenty of options to choose from. I was kept informed of the expected delivery date, and my frame arrived in good time, on time and well packaged for protection. This is the second time I've used this company, and I'd definitely use them again.”

“Ordering was fine, instructions were clear. I didn't get a time slot on the morning of delivery so e-mailed you, got a prompt response and the frame was delivered. Unfortunately when I opened up the box it had been damaged in transit, there is a chip on the edge of one of the short sides. I was also not impressed with the cutting of the mount as it has been overcut on three corners and the cuts are clearly visible on the right side. I e-mailed you immediately on the Thursday evening to let you know there was a problem and asked about returning the frame and getting a refund. I have heard nothing back so am now even less impressed by your level of service and customer care. Linda Cowie”

“Very fast and efficient service. the frame fitted perfectly and was easy to handle, once it was unpacked. I had two problems: 1) Getting into the packaging. Is it really necessary t use massive staples that need actual tools to remove? 2) Finding a start to the green cover over the 'glass' and endup having to use a knife to score it in the corner, risking marking the glass. That problem could be avoided if the cover was to overhang the glass by just a millimeter on one side. Otherwise everything was fine, thank you for fast service.”

“Chose Picframes over some other sites as they had better visuals on what the frame would look like and a good choice of frames. Prices competitive. Frames were delayed due to waiting for some stock for one but once I chased they came the very next day. Again a small issue was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and the frames all look amazing and of good quality. They make it clear on the site to phone them if you need things quickly or are not sure of anything and I recommend you do that as they are really helpful. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks”

“Had an unusual sized poster signed by John McGuinness the TT racer which needed a decent home. I ordered and received the frame within 7 days. The frame fit the picture perfectly. Now gracing "rogues gallery" on the stairs.”

“this is the second time I have purchased goods from this company and again I can say with confidence that I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future. they have been helpful efficient and competitive. unfortunately I made a mistake on my order and requested the wrong colour and size [completely my fault] but after contacting the company they were so helpful and resolved my problem much to my satisfaction so thank you.”

“Really happy with the frames, however 2 of them have a black fleck inside the glass that I couldn't wipe off, and the large frame I ordered has a minor dent on the side of it. Otherwise they look great.”

“Fantastic customer service from Mike and fast turn around to fit with short notice deadline. Just a shame delivery took a little longer than expected as was informed the courier forgot to pick up frame from the warehouse, so 24 hour paid delivery actually took 48 hours.”
