“I ordered two frames from Picframes and realised that the 'Mounts' that I ordered were horribly incorrect. My own mistake. I called Picframes the following day and spoke to an extremely helpful person who talked and guided me through the dimensions required for two new mounts. Needless to say, they arrived within a couple of days and perfect to within a 'mm'. An all round fantastic service from Pivframes and good value for money. The frames chosen were perfect for the pictures we have mounted. I would highly recommend this business. Keith Duffell (Warwick)”

“The picture frame arrived quickly. Any contact I had was dealt with professionally. The frame I ordered was not standard and was priced at a very competitive price. When it arrived it was well protected. It complemented the sampler I made for my granddaughter beautifully. Many thanks for a professional job and will definitely recommend you and use you for any jobs in the future.”

“I ordered samples and while two were out of stock, I was kindly sent a similar frame as a replacement. If not for that, it would have been a "very good" rating. Excellent customer service, friendly helpful staff, and lovely frames. Will definitely be using this company in future.”

“I found the website excellent and very easy to follow. There was a good selection of frames and mount colours. I have now received two frames with mounts and am very pleased with them both.The delivery was quick and the products well protected. I did have difficulty removing the covering over the glazing and ended up scratching it. I made a better job of it the second time!”
