“Frames and mounts are fantastic quality. Look exactly like they do online. They came with fixings which you have to apply yourself so a screwdriver (and ideally a small drill) are needed. I liked this as it meant I could apply the fixings exactly where I wanted them to be. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“I found the website really easy to use, after years finally got to put up some favourite prints properly mounted and in frames. They are now on the wall so we can enjoy them. I had a mixed order of different sized frames, some with mounts and some without. Unfortunately the order was sent with one of the mounts missing, but when I spoke to customer services they were very helpful. There was no quibble about this and the missing mount was sent out the very next day. I have used this company before and will definitely going back to them in the future.”

“This company saved my actual life (well not really, but you know - as good as). My usual chap that frames my cross-stitch projects was very selfishly on holiday when I went to see him about making a frame for my latest piece. I needed it urgently and I didn't know what to do. I found this Picframes.co.uk by accident whilst Googling in a panic. I phoned up and was told to place the order and then ring back once done, so we could discuss how soon they could arrange my order. They were unfazed by the urgency and said they could get it to me within the time I needed. The piece has arrived this morning - two days earlier than they quoted....amazing! I had another teeny panic when I thought they'd sent the wrong coloured mount (Blue not Cream), but when I looked more closely, the blue was the protective covering on the glass in the frame. The quality of the frame and mount is equal to that of any of the specially commissioned frames I've had made in the past and is significantly less in cost. I shall, in future, be calling on the services of this great company for my future projects. Thank you sooooo much, for helping a girl out in her hour of need x”

“Quality tailor made frame despatched in good time for a Birthday deadline early September. I have subsequently ordered a larger frame for a new special edition print. Ability to upload print to frame selection a very useful tool ensuring the tone and frame width is appropriate.”
