“Outstanding! Ordered a frame and was kept up to date through the various production stages. Great communication with regards to delivery. I took out the Sure Fit Guarantee and I am so glad I did as the picture I ordered was slightly different dimensions to what I was quoted from the gallery so it didn't fit the frame. I contacted PicFrames and they immediately sorted out the issue with no hassle what so ever. I now have a gorgeous, perfectly fitting frame in which to hand my picture. Highly recommended.”

“So I ordered a couple frames from here, I got the notification that my parcel had been delivered while I was at work. Got home and.... no parcel, paper anything. Emailed asking about it and I was sent a photo of the parcel left in full view 4 hours before I got home from work, so I emailed back and I’m now being ignored. So I’ve paid nearly £60 for something I haven’t received and my emails are being ignored. Not really much I can recommend if I’m honest”

“Lovely frames, good quality, good communication and decent turnaround time. Postal packaging/protection could be better, but saying that the frames weren't damaged by the delivery process. Website excellent and user friendly, but would have appreciated more realistic images of frames to make an accurate choice on style and colour tone. Overall a great experience and recommend.”

“Due to the current situation they frames that I chose were not available for the time frame I needed but a similar frame was offered instead and arrived in time. I would definitely use this company again for any of my framing needs.”

“What else do you buy for a 5th wedding anniversary but a wooden pictures frame to hang in the new sun room that features lots of wood? Measured up a picture my wife has wanted framing for ages and sent the detials off. Website was a Dodle to to use, price looked good. Manufacturing delayed but when I explained the gift was for a anniversary they brought forward production. Arrived just a day late, superbly packaged, looks stunning. Puts me well and truly 1 up in the presi stakes just in time for a Christmas payback! Many thanks for a great job.”
