“We had the picture frames and just needed some mounts. I was a little hesitant about having these posted as they were large (70 x 50 cm), would be flimsy and easily damaged. I need not have worried. The mounts were perfect in size and appearance and were extremely well packaged.”

“Frame ordered with bespoke measurements to fit large map. Arrived well packed and exactly according to specifications. Took a while to arrive as ordered shortly before Xmas but this was advised at the time of ordering. Have ordered another.”

“Large frame for artwork ordered a week before Christmas, just within the cut-off date. Price was not the cheapest online but acceptable and worth the little extra. This was because there was a wider choice of frames and mount colours, the delivery prices were reasonable and the website gave clear directions and advice on what/how to order. Frame arrived before Christmas as promised. Just as described and very well packed. It was easy to frame the artwork as everything was cut precisely to the right size. I am very pleased and my wife thinks her present is fantastic! Will certainly be using Picframes again in future for any similar projects.”

“We love the frames they are always good quality. Little disappointed with the delivery of the frames as there was no text or email to say they had been delivered and when I got home they were sat on my front door step for anyone to steal and in the pouring rain. The boxes were completely disintegrating luckily the frames were bubble wrapped enough they hadn't got wet. They could easily have got wet or been stolen.”

“the things that are great about Pic Frames are: the easy to use web site with plenty of choice on configuring the frames to their intended pictures; when they arrive the frames are well made and it is simple to fit the pictures into; and overall they are good value for money.”
