“I found the frame and mount planning tool really easy on the website, and this worked really well as my pictures fit perfectly. The frames arrived on time. I felt the colour was more like a really dark blue rather than dark grey, but it still looks good on the wall. I will use the website again!”

“I am very impressed with the service, from ordering through to despatch and receipt Picframes was excellent. The frame fitted perfectly and, thanks to the supplied fittings was up on the wall in 20 minutes. It was my BSc (1st Class Hons) degree certificate from 1964 which I have finally put on show after 54 years hidden in a drawer. Thanks again. Jim Irving BSc CEng FICE”

“Easy to navigate website with the ability to upload your photograph to see what your frame will look like. 9 day turnaround from order to delivery and I was kept well informed of the progress of my order. Would not hesitate to order more frames from Picframes.”

“Brilliant frame, shaky communication! I am delighted with the frame I ordered and the price was competitive, the moulding is of a high quality. The corner mitres aren’t perfect to my critical eye, but more than acceptable and it is a large frame which won’t help. Unfortunately the communication was pretty poor, the telephone number seems to not get answered all the time and my frame was delayed by over a week and no communication was made regarding this at all, however it was slightly made up by them sending overnight. I am overall very happy and recommend using picframes as they now appear to be one of the best online frame suppliers. However hopeful this feedback will prove useful! Many thanks!”

“Never ordered a made to measure frame before and was a bit worried about my measurements and choice of mount and frame. It was exactly how I imagined it would look and perfect for the lovely photograph of my grandchildren. It was easy to put together.”

“The frame was beautifully made and my pictures look fantastic. The back edge of the frame was damaged and it looks as if it happened while being made. As you can't see it I decided not to send it back. I have ordered from you before and all the frames were in perfect condition.”

“I ordered 15 black timber frames with acrylic glazing for my A3+ size landscape photographs. The frames arrived on time, were well packed and were of very good quality and craftmanship. I was so pleased i immediately ordered another 10 frames. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent frames and great value for money. Would certainly use the service again. Small issue with delivery as the delivery driver just left parcel by the front door so the product could easily have been stolen. Luckily a neighbour spotted and took the parcel in for me”
