“Very good service. We ordered 6 identical frames with mounts cut to our requirements and I'm very pleased with them. There was a slight delay, but when I contacted the company they were very pleasant to deal with, and apologised for the short delay caused by an issue with a supplier. We were then going away on holiday so I asked for the frames to be delivered immediately on our return, which they were. I will order again from them I'm sure, as our local art and picture framing shop closed down a while ago and it's great to find an online alternative that we can trust.”

“Ordered a frame for a very small school photo. Was contacted by email to say that they could not make one that small and suggested adding a mount to make the frame a little larger. I agreed and left the finished size to them. Received my frame and I am delighted with it. The photo looks really good in it, and I might add, I was not charged any extra for the mount or larger frame. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and quality workmanship. Thank you Picframes.”

“The frame was good and true to size and the colour was as specified. I didn’t use the acrylic glass as I prefer real glass so I would have liked the option when ordering. I shall get glass cut to size. The fixings weren’t great so I will use my own.”

“To be quite honest I am not impressed with the quality of your frames. Of the three I ordered, the two white had very bad mitred corners, leaving about 1/2mm gap on inside corners. The hardboard backings were not cut with a completely smooth edge (each edge not cut through properly which made them difficult to remove and replace in the frames)”
