“I use picframes a lot, they are the first place I go to now, and the results have always been excellent and exactly what I wanted. I recommend them to friends and family all the time. I find the website easy to use and there is so much choice that you always find the right style and colour. I cannot fault the service, frames arrive nice and quickly and they're always packaged really well so there's never been any damage. Great jobs guys, keep it up”

“Ordered a lot of frames and they were produced swiftly and delivered in really secure packaging. Customer service was amazing when an error was made (think on my part) with one frame which was meant to be a box frame, they made a new frame for me and sent it out for free! Arrived very quickly. Definitely will use them again in the future”

“Second purchase from Picframes. We bought two frames, the first was the same as our other order and is well made and sturdy, the second, a very lightweight frame is pretty flimsy and, it transpires, too narrow for the hook that comes with it. When I attached it, it overhung the frame and when I moved it nearer the edge, the frame split. Not all that impressed with this one TBH, the others are great”
