“There was a problem with my initial measurement requirements causing them a manufacturing problem but they got in touch and we resolved the difficulty satisfactorily and they arranged delivery to suit my needs. Very good experience.”

“The wood is beautiful, not perfectly smooth but that could be because I choose the Flat faced oak frame which is less expensive. It is good value though. I am not very practical and the fixings come separately, I hope I can do that right. Service was good.”

“I ordered a picture frame complete with table top support as i did not want it hanging. I had heard nothing by email or telephone regarding delivery so decided to call. No reply by telephone, however was eventually told that the support manufacturer had gone 'bust', thanks for letting me know and keeping me informed poor customer service however the Frame does look of reasonable quality”

“Italian silver foil finish frame 628 x 793 with mount I received the frame timely and very well packed. Unfortunately, I must say the frame came chipped in the middle of one side and one of the nails (don´t know the proper name) which keep image, board and glaze in place came out immediately after opening it. Quality is relatively good, but honestly I was expecting something better for the price.”

“Your picture frame is excellent and meets very high expectations i set. however, the delivery service (DHL) was extremely poor not only didn't they let me know when it was being delivered so no chance to pick a time slot as suggested they decided to throw the parcel (clearly marked fragile) over a 6 foot fence the box was smashed to pieces luckily the frame was in tact, no thanks to the idiot how delivered it. I would of course buy your product again but only on the knowledge that you wern't sending via DHL.”

“The frame and mounts are very well made. Score would have been higher but there was a delay in delivery for reasons that were not communicated to us until I sent an email enquiring why item had not been delivered at the expected date.”
