“Good value for money. There was a delivery delay, my order was placed on 13th July and delivered on 7th August however I was informed about it and given the option of a refund.The communication was great, keeping me informed of order progress. Will use again.”

“Even though their was a slight delay in my frame being delivered this was communicated, and the option of a full refund was offered. The frame was perfect and was a gift that I felt more than happy to give! Excellent service!!!!!”

“Item was exactly as ordered (custom size frame), and is very smart and well made. There was a slight delay due to the current circumstances but this was not excessive and communication regarding my order status throughout the process was exceptional. “My husband’s 70th and bought him a Jacqueline Hurley Limited Edition print. I then needed a good frame to put it in and at the right dimensions. Many I looked at were far more expensive, so I thought I would give PicFrames a go, and I am not disappointed. The frame is well made and perfect dimensions. The picture looks amazing in the frame. Liked how securely the picture sits in the frame and very easy to fit. Well done and thank you.”
