“Absolutely delighted with this company and the product. Normally I would go to my local picture framer for this service, but due to Covid 19 I found this company. The online tool provided allowed me to select from various frames in colours and sizes, and add my image of my painting to have a little look at how it looked with different mounts. They kept me posted along every stage via email. The cost was very much cheaper than my usual place. I will use this company again!”

“Very happy with my frames they are exactly what I wanted and the measurements were perfect. Despite COVID situation They were still delivered within a short period of time. Only thing is I wish there was a discount if you buy more as I will be needing 6 frames!”

“The two custom frames I ordered from pic frames exceeded my expectations! They both turned out perfectly-- were the right size and good quality. Would definitely order again! Production and delivery took over 7 business days-- however, due to COVID that was expected. Picframes gave me clear warning of the delays before placing my order- so it was no problem at all.”

“Presently it's a challenging time for any business out there, more so if you needs to manufacture something custom. Some might see it as a simple oak frame, but it still needs the raw materials, people and time to bring it all together. Being a production manager of an engineering company myself I can fully appreciate the challenges covid has forced upon us all in business. The frame delivered is faultless and of a high standard, delivery was as promised 10-12 working days, it was also packaged well. Good on you Picframes for supplying a quality item during a challenging time.”

“Due to COVID, it took a couple of weeks to arrive, I was kept up to date with the delivery and offered a refund if I wanted to cancel my order. I wasn’t in any rush for it, so was happy to wait When it arrived the frame was well packaged and very good quality. Our canvas of Skiathos looks lovely in there. Would recommend.”

“Website was very easy to use with plenty of options for the perfect frame. There was a short delay in the production and delivery but we were kept informed (even though it was not an inconvenience). Frame duly arrived and was good quality, good price and looks great. Definitely use them again.”
