“Ordered custom made frame which was very easy to do on website item arrived a week later. Was kept informed throughout the process and happy with my frame. The only point I will make is after I ordered I received an email saying some server was down and my order hadn’t been processed and if I still wanted it to reorder. I thought this strange as I had an order number and confirmation so I ignored this. My item arrived as normal without having to get back in touch so wasn’t sure what that was about!!!”

“The first picture frame arrived damaged, presumably during transit. I contacted PicFrames and explained the problem. They replied within 24 hours to say that a new frame had been ordered and I received the new frame very quickly, within a couple of days. The frame and mounts are just what I ordered. I am extremely pleased with my order and very much appreciate that the frame was replaced so quickly and easily. I would use this company again. Thank you PicFrames. Fiona Nutburn”
