“I first ordered mounts during covid and it took a while to come. I then ordered last week and it came in days. Good product and efficient company. Will keep using pic frames for custom mounts.”

“To be honest with the price being half of what others were quoting didn’t expect much but how wrong I was. Sizing was perfect, frame quality was perfect, packaging and delivery was perfect. Plenty of communication along the way also as my order moved through their systems. Will definitely be going back to picframes when I need another one!”

“I ordered a custom frame for mounting a photo and a letter. Unfortunately, when this arrived there was a large visible chip out of the frame. I'm pleased to say that Picframes responded immediately and had a replacement frame to me in 48 hours. Excellent customer service - 5 stars”

“I purchased a Walnut colour frame with a gold border. The frame is perfect. The quality is super and the frame does real justice hanging on the wall in the living room with a scenic picture in it, on display. Brilliant could not ask for better service anywhere else. Thanks.”
