“Everything was just as it should be and more. Good communication, timely arrival and superb packaging. The frame and mount were lovely quality and just as described. Even when I had made a mistake in sizing Picframes could not have been more helpful in rectifying.”

“I ordered a number of different sized frames, with and without mounts. The website was really easy to use to select the sizes and styles I wanted and I was delighted when the frames were delivered. They were all exactly as ordered, perfectly packaged and better than I could have hoped for! Tome to order some mire - highly recommended!”

“Frames are beautiful and fit my pictures perfectly. I’d been struggling to find the right size frames before I discovered this website. So many options to choose from - it’s brilliant. More expensive than I would like, and delivery was slow (due to covid) but they keep you well informed. Will definitely use again”

“Nicely made frame, thanks. There was a fault - a cut - in the wood of one frame. Not bad enough to return, though. Suprised about the grey colour on GR02 which is rather beige - creamy in tone. Different from what we expected. Now I want to order some more of the same but unfortunately 'order again' on the website seems to create something a bit random, certainly not what was shown as the previous order. A bit frustrating really.”
