“Was very impressed with the ease of the website and the service received. The prices are excellent value. I did think the variety of frames was a bit limited but found some very nice ones. One of the frames was damaged on delivery but the response by the Company has been very good.”

“Easy to order and lots of choice. Very pleased with quality and finish. Was a little bit concerned whether frame would match my measurements but didn’t need to as was perfect fit. Very well packaged too.”

“Lovely frame, matched the sizes I asked for exactly. Found the website difficult to understand in that it wouldn't accept my payment, & it took me while to realise that it was because the frame I had chosen was out of stock.”

“I am very pleased with my frame. It is good quality. Unfortunately I found the perspex sent with the frame was damaged but after contacting Picframes, Mike soon sorted me out with a new piece which was delivered within a couple of days. Great customer service.”

“Frames arrived safely and, given the time of year and the current circumstances, relatively quickly. Checked them and all looks good, but as they are presents will not be doing anything with them until after Christmas. The online ordering system is good and allowed me to make sure that I ordered the correct size for the project they are to be used for.”

“Not sure whats happened to PicFrames? Despite reading all the negative reviews, just to test the water I ordered one frame, and was absolutely thrilled with it, the communication was brilliant throughout and my frame and mount arrived well packaged and exactly as I wanted. So I ordered another three frames - one of the frames arrived damaged, and despite emailing PicFrames twice have still had no response - you cannot contact this company by phone. The other two frames are not nearly as good as the first order and I have had to sand the frames to smooth the rough edges. Sadly not a company I would use again.”

“I was delighted with this really well made frame and good value. It set the watercolour off a treat. Only down side is the DHL driver decided to leave the frame at an address in a different road which of course is not the fault of Picframes”
