“Trying to get an update on order placed on 24th November. 1 item delivered and remaining 6 still outstanding. Your website says queries resolved in under an hour and next day deliveries but not being informed why my order has not been dispatched even though it has been nearly 3 weeks now. I need to know when this will be delivered as they are Christmas gifts. I cannot get through on phone and my emails to your customer services are being ignored. I need to know if you will be able to fulfill my order, if not please arrange for the money that you have already taken to be returned.”

“The frames were exactly as advertised, nicely made and very, very well protected for transit. The perspex still had it’s protective wrapping on too with a helpful sticker telling you it’s on both sides. Little things make a difference. And that service was provide at Covid Christmas. Well done everyone. You’d get 6 stars if you printed and mounted photos too :-)”

“Couldn't fault PicFrames, even though there was a delay to the frame being delivered they communicated this was a personal tone and explanation. When my frame did arrive it had been damaged by the delivery courier, but I contacted PicFrames and they sent a new outer frame straight away to replace it. Excellent service, would order from here again.”

“Excellent service, keeping me updated at each stage. It arrived extremely well packed and secure, I will reuse the packaging. It is exactly what I ordered and the picture looks wonderful in it. I am so pleased! It is very easy to order a bespoke frame on their website. Also great value very reasonable price for such a good quality frame. Thank you.”

“The service is excellent and they provided exactly what I was looking for. The website is very user friendly and is great in that you only need to enter the size of your picture and everything else is worked out for you. Being able to view an image of what your picture will look like is really helpful too. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed of the progress of the frame throughout the process.”
