“Absolutely brilliant. I've used art framers before but first time I've tried ordering online and am so pleased with price and quality of 7 frames. All really well packaged and delivered. Couldn't be happier”

“Very well packaged and frame is excellent quality. I chose natural oak and gave it a coat of Fiddes oil to darken it and bring out the grain. Will order again when I need another frame.”

“Despite a courier company error which delayed delivery, as soon as Mike from Picframes was advised, he moved heaven and earth to resolve the matter to my complete satisfaction. Thank you, Mike for taking time out to phone and clarify the situation, and for your truly exemplary customer service. Frames, now received, are of excellent quality. I will use Picframes again.”

“Pretty unimpressed. I haven't had my order - just an email from the courier saying they haven't received it therefore won't be delivering it. Picframes have not responded to my emails yet. No idea if or when I might actually receive what I've paid for.”

“It was a very easy method to sort out what size picture frame and mount I needed..... I just plugged in the size of the painting and followed instructions. It was very easy and the frame and mount arrived quickly and I was impressed with the quality. I have since ordered another frame!”

“Prompt delivery. Clear instructions. Goods very well packaged. Was told would get notification from carrier about day goods were due to be delivered and could change day. No notification received from carrier so had to travel to depot to collect goods.”
