“I ordered a mount for a frame I had and after carefully measuring it and the picture, decided on a double mount. The one I received is 13mm too big. Now I have to cut it. It would have been a lot cheaper if I had simply done it myself in the first place.”

“Got several splinters handling the oak frames I ordered. Whilst frames not damaged the packing was wholly inappropriate with the frames moving around in the packaging. Similar items from other suppliers had corner protection, bubble wrapped, then cling filmed and packed tightly. Frames do however look nice.”
