“I was concerned about ordering this frame online as it was a special gift to commemorate the birth of my granddaughter. I simply couldn't be more delighted with my purchase. The website was easy to navigate and ordering a made to measure frame and mount was a very simple process. Communication was great from start to finish, as was delivery. Even receiving a detailed email explaining what to do upon receipt of the frame ie: how to mount the artwork, removing the film on both sides of the glazing etc. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone who is unsure about buying from Picframes. Keep up the great work and thank you for delivering a great service and a great product, I absolutely love it.”

“We are very pleased with our frame from Picframes. The facility on the website to upload the image to be framed and see how it looked with various frames and mounts was very helpful. There is plenty of useful guidance on the website as well as a telephone contact number for further guidance if required. We will certainly use Picframes again.”
