“I ordered four multi-frames and a single frame, and found the quality of the frames and fittings to be good. Packing is excellent. The mounts openings were all too small, a result, I think, of contradictory instructions on the website. It then took some time to get though on the phone. The contact page on the website did work not because the security step had expired. I did get through eventually; my call was treated rather brusquely but to be fair, replacement mounts were dispatched and received within two days, so in the end, I now have all the photographs mounted in smart frames.”

“Frames are robust and look great on the wall. It was initially a bit hard to get the film off the acrylic but it was needed to protect it.”

“Lovely frame but...there was a small crack in what is probably a knot in the wood. This showed up against the cream of the frame but as my picture is a Christmas present I have filled this crack with cream paint that I mixed to match. I believe that for the price Picframes could have included cord and inexpensive fixings.”

“I think the pictures look excellent in the frames and the service was pretty good. Just wish the measurements were in inches. As being an OAP I do have problems with metric measuring.”

“very easy to use site, had a couple of awkward/non standard sized pics to frame and these are absolutely brilliant. Had a few compliments already on them! Great service - not the quickest but these are made to order so I didn't expect next day! Well done, I will use again”

“Frames arrived within a couple of days of ordering, quicker than expected. They were made to a good standard, perfect size, just a little bit rough (they were oak frames) on the inside edges. Would definitely use again.”
