“Very pleased with frame and service. When frame arrived despite excellent packaging it was damaged. As soon as I informed picframes and included photos I was told a replacement frame would be sent out. Received new frame in good order. excellent customer service and very helpful. will be using picframes again. Geoff Titman.”

“Frame was perfect. We went for the white stained which just showed a little of the wood grain coming through and it was definitely the right choice for us. When you start looking for custom frames you realise how reasonably priced this frame was in comparison to some others. Delivery was excellent, whilst no promises were made before Christmas, it did actually arrive a few days before, which was a bonus for us as what went in the frame was a christmas present. Would highly recommend.”

“Ordered as a last minute surprise present for my son for Christmas to put two expensive much loved concert posters. Informed wouldn’t arrive until Jan. They arrived before Christmas and very good quality and good tracking to be in for there arrival will Defoe use again huge thank you”

“Very impressed with the recent frame we purchased. Communication after ordering was very good and the frame arrived on time. Because of COVID and the Christmas period we had a short time to wait but we were notified about this when ordering and the fame arrived on the date advised in time for Christmas. It was very well packaged including a double layer of protective film on the Perspex. The quality of the finish was good and we extremely pleased with it. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“The frame arrived in good condition and slightly earlier than the courier predicted. It was for a Christmas present and as we are shielding we have only just put the painting in the frame - perfect fit as expected and as easy and quick to set up as promised. One very happy recipient in the morning means we can all be very satisfied for having done a great job.”

“I am exceptionally pleased with my picture frame, especially because the portrait of myself has been drawn by my son, in his GCSE exam 2020. Hence it has great sentimental value and as such needed a frame to enhance such artistry! I feel this frame has done it proud and at the same time blends well with our decor. I hope you'll agree? Ordering was very straight forward and although I did take out the guarantee option, which covers for any measuring mistakes, there has not been any. The manufacturing process has been pain free. With regular updates and swift delivery. I am altogether pleased with my purchase and could not wish for anything nicer. Well worth it's value.”
