“Excellent all round service. From starting the process it’s been a breeze. Personal communication to keep me up to date with my order, and informing me of a delay (which I hadn’t even noticed, to be honest!) was extremely impressive. Then the order itself, the frame was packaged exceptionally to avoid damage during transit and was of high quality upon inspection. Every attempt has clearly been made to ensure attention to detail in all aspects of my transaction from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier. My thanks to all the staff involved in my order. This is obviously a very hard working business, and at an already busy Christmas period having the added problem of the virus that shall not be named, means everyone is having to work that bit harder. Wishing you all a relaxing, peaceful and safe Christmas. Thank you, again. Jenny.”

“The ordering process was simple. Great value to other online stores i compared to before ordering. The frames arrived earlier than promised and were excellent. I had got the measurement wrong and with a "sure fit guarantee" they helped resolve the problem. Highly recommended.”

“Even during Cocid-19, PicFrames have delivered. First time using them, excellent quality product, not the cheapest, but having received the frame, I can understand as the quality and workmanship is brilliant. Will be using them in the future for our "special" framing requirements.”

“The frames were exactly as advertised, nicely made and very, very well protected for transit. The perspex still had it’s protective wrapping on too with a helpful sticker telling you it’s on both sides. Little things make a difference. And that service was provide at Covid Christmas. Well done everyone. You’d get 6 stars if you printed and mounted photos too :-)”
