“Couldn't fault PicFrames, even though there was a delay to the frame being delivered they communicated this was a personal tone and explanation. When my frame did arrive it had been damaged by the delivery courier, but I contacted PicFrames and they sent a new outer frame straight away to replace it. Excellent service, would order from here again.”

“Excellent service, keeping me updated at each stage. It arrived extremely well packed and secure, I will reuse the packaging. It is exactly what I ordered and the picture looks wonderful in it. I am so pleased! It is very easy to order a bespoke frame on their website. Also great value very reasonable price for such a good quality frame. Thank you.”

“The service is excellent and they provided exactly what I was looking for. The website is very user friendly and is great in that you only need to enter the size of your picture and everything else is worked out for you. Being able to view an image of what your picture will look like is really helpful too. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed of the progress of the frame throughout the process.”

“Amazing, beautiful, fantastic, perfect. The two frames I ordered where a Christmas gift for my brother, he wanted his dog pedigrees framed, it's not exactly a standard size, something I could lift off a shelf! I ordered oak frames, made to measure and they perfectly fit and are exactly what I wanted. Thank you.”

“I cannot praise this company enough for their great service, I've just received my 5th frame and have been kept in contact of its progress from placing my order to delivery today, 14 days after placing my order. Impressive in these days of Covid 19 and lockdowns and the lead up to Christmas. All the frames have been delivered well packaged and to the exact dimensions I have requested (my embroidery projects are not standard sizes ) I just wish all companies gave the same quality of service.”
