“Frame arrived with a chip on the corner, even though it was very well packed. Too much hassle to return, and also didn't want to wait for a new frame, so touched up with a black Sharpie pen. Other than that, frame was ok.l”

“I bought 3 custom-built frames. Good quality looked just the like the images and at a competitive price. Only down side was one of the frames had a crack at the front which may have been caused by the delivery.”

“It's a really great price for a bespoke frame that fits my picture perfectly. Quality's good, and the acrylic rather than glass doesn't have any impact on how it looks. Everything was well packaged up for delivery and arrived promptly. I'll use again.”

“Good quality frames made from solid wood at half the price quoted from a professional framer. We had some relatively inexpensive watercolour paintings which didn't warrant spending a fortune on for frames, so this was a great budget option.”

“Very good quality and craftsmanship. Perhaps the online measuring form could be a little clearer that the double edged mount adds whatever millimetres you added also to the overall size! My fault not to spot it on the order confirmation, but it was an easy mistake to make.”
