“One of the mountings was dented and scratched and the lines cut in it were not straight, looking like they had been done freehand. I am still waiting to hear back from customer services about how this will be resolved. The overall quality of materials was very nice and if that mounting had been good, I would have been very satisfied by the whole ordering process and value of the frame. But the end result is spoilt by the problems detailed above, and it was for a Christmas present.”

“I've ordered again and again from Picframes and, following this order, would absolutely do so again. The frame is just as described and beautifully made and finished. It is just the right size for the awkwardly-sized print it surrounds and looks great. I couldn't believe how quickly it came to us either; especially since it was very close to Christmas when I ordered. Excellent! Thanks again!”

“So disappointed with the standard of the dark brown frame I ordered - the stain on visible surfaces was not applied evenly with some areas not even having stain applied. The mitring also left a lot to be desired. I would not commend.”

“Being able to customise your frame is a novel idea which works very well, apart from a few glitches with the website. The resulting product was first class and exactly as I had specified. The outside packaging was a bit too large but the actual frames were well attached to each other and in perfect condition. I certainly recommend and would have no hesitation in using again.”
