“I used to make my own frames as a hobbiest, got all the gear, but my local supplier has closed down. I used this option as it was only slightly more expensive having the frames made for me. Good quality frames and stout packaging for protection, My second order just submitted.”

“excellent quality custom made frames with very prompt service. Acrylic/glass had a peel back covering on both sides, so no fear of scratches. Well packaged which was just as well as outer box was damaged on receipt but frames were actually packaged well enough for the damage not to cause any problems. Highly recommend”

“Fantastic service. Took me a while to find this supplier.. and I am so glad I did, I only ordered the Mount and it fits perfectly to my art. Their ordering system is so easy to use and it shows how it will look like. Super fast delivery too if you call and let them know you need it soon. Mine came properly packed. “Very happy with the frame itself, but not at all happy with the way it was delivered. I know this is more of an issue for DHL than picframes and I'm complaining to DHL separately, but at the end of the day I ordered from picframes... The box arrived (with FRAGILE tape around it) with a rip at one end and crushed and bent at the other - on closer inspection it had two large boot prints on it! If I'd been in to receive it personally I would have rejected it. I absolutely expected to find it smashed when I opened it up - God only knows how but it had survived.”
