“PlatinumLED Therapy Lights gets my 5 out of 5 stars. Here's why... My Mum suffered from Fibromyalgia for 15 years. She passed this year of cancer, but the platinum therapy lights tangibly helped relieve the fibromyalgia pain to help her through her last weeks. She was so impressed by how much relief she was feeling that she had her carers try it. One of her carers in particular that suffered from neck and head pain every night for years used it and found that she no longer had neck or head pain in the evenings and didn't need her evening massage every night. She ended up buying the lights after Mum passed and is so pleased with them, that she has others in her community trying them out and loving them. From initial contact with the PlatinumLED team to delivery, the customer service was of the highest class and ensured timely delivery with all components. I even had help from videos online and customer service to ensure I set it up right. This is how a company should be! Thank you PlatinumLED!”

“A product is only as good as the service behind it. The customer service is horrific!!! I ordered a full body panel with a stand paying international shipping fees. The wrong stand was shipped. They refused to send out the correct stand and issued a refund which is NOT what I wanted. The rude unprofessional emails makes me wonder how they stay in business.”

Hello! This "review" is absolutely *not true* and a complete falsehood. The customer ordered a different stand (all the way to Saudi Arabia) than they originally wanted and then demanded that we send an entirely different, more expensive stand after she received the first stand. We replied that this would be impossible since the other stand was already shipped and to a destination half way around the world.. again.. to Saudi Arabia. The customer did not want to order a new stand, she wanted us to give her a free stand and pay to ship it. When we denied her request, she became enraged and threated "revenge feedback". We even granted a *full refund* as a courtesy! While we do our best to support our family of hundred of thousands of customers around the world, there unfortunately will always be a few of these types of cases which is very unfortunate.

I highly recommend it for anyone who has arthritis pain, any kind of athletic/sports related pain, it really helps to reduce inflammation which is one of the most common things to cause pain. The other benefit is that it is really good for your skin! To it is a win/win therapy!”
