"Every experience with Platinum has been a pleasure. Easy to navgate the website and almost instant customer service.\r\n\r\nWe purchased 2 Biomax 900 panels. Initially I hung them up on the wall. I caught my wife using a chair for part of the session so I ordered the electric stand. The setup is wonderful and comfortable while laying on a bed. I did one upgrade on the stand. I drilled the threads out to 8mm on the horzontal anchor and installed an 8mm T handle quick release pin. Now I can pull the pin and the threaded knob to quickly disassemble and move to another room or turn it vertically in just an instant. \r\n\r\nWe started using the device about 45 days ago. My wife found it gave her relief from gut pains due to gall bladder removal. \r\n\r\nMe? My left foot has had pretty severe arthritis pain in a joint for the past two years so I hobble around a couple of hours each morning as it loosens up and the pain goes away.
