I had been a Premium seller on this site for over a year already with 400+ positive reviews and completed orders,Which i definitely have the rights to speak about their middleman service.
First their middleman service is the WORST,Why?
They takes time to verify the transaction when the buyer paid your listing and after that they will create the order with the buyer,seller and the middleman which they calls it '3Way conversation ticket'
Alright here comes the problem,As A seller i do sell on multiple sites,When my order got sold on other sites and i took my listing down from playerup,But someone bought the listing before the listing was taken down and was in the 'verification' process which is handled by their team,This process takes up to 3 days -3 weeks Maximum.So yeah when the order is already sold on other website earlier,I delivered the order on another website and after 3-days/longer,an order pops out from playerup which is the order that i already sold on the other site after A really Long time that i mentioned above,Since i only got one account for the specific order,My only choice is cancel the order correct?That is my only choice and the option.
So they warned me about that canceling too much because of their slow middleman verification process and warned me that i violated their Terms Of Services,But i do not at all.
So the claim for them is that i violated their Terms of service but meanwhile that is the only option i have,As a legit seller i wouldnt deliver something that is unavailable to a customer correct?
So their reason for suspending me from the site is that i exploit their middleman listing because of those cancelations.
Second,They Middleman sucks and never goes into a dispute to solve the dispute,I had an order in 2020 May Which is Not Even Solved On the date i write this review,Which is over 1 year and 2 months,They holded both of sellers and buyers money/payout for 1 year+,Middleman only went into the ticket ONCE after the dispute is opened (Dispute is opened in May),They came into the ticket and wrote 'So whats the solution here?' And never came into the ticket again,All my messages to the ticket is shown as 'This message is hidden to other visitors (Buyer) and can only be seen by middleman'.
How Sketchy is this?
Also,I requested my payout at 2021 January,Which that they claims their payment processor is having problem since Jan 28 2021 and couldnt Payout To the sellers,Alright Till July 13,I still do not receive my payout from LAST Year.
What i can tell is - Slow Orders opens
-Worst customer service you will ever get
-Longest payout time for sellers
-Worst Middleman team you will ever experience
-No replies from the customer support at all even I do have a 'Premium' Playerup Middleman discord,But it is useless as they never replies to your messages.
-Not automated System and takes a super long time for all the orders to starts and closes.
-Unfair 'reasons' that they suspends me because basiclly i cancel the order that i do not have any stocks with even the LISTING is ALREADY taken down.
-Worst server,Almost most of the time the servers are down.this is happening on everyone including other sellers which told me the same thing that they experienced.
-Tons of scammers on the site
-'Bumping' Listing which causes alot of unfair in the listing for new sellers,You can bump your threads unlimited per day.For some hot categories your listing will never be on the first page.
While all the statements above i do have STRONG Proves and all the screenshots,i would just avoid this site completely as they still holds my payment after suspending me from their sites.
From all the sites i uses to sell,This is the worst site from my personal experience.

“Fake site, it has been over 3 months since i sold my minecraft account, (17th of september 2022) its the 2nd of januari 2023 now. Ive logged in literally every single day but they just wont respond to me. After about 3 months of not hearing anything back from them they told me "Sorry for the wait. I have added this payout to the expedited queue." (message was send on 12/26/22) Which absolutely baffled me. I gave away ownership of the account over 3 MONTHS ago and just NOW they are adding me to the so called queue? Even though ive asked 20+ times why they aren't responding and why they still haven't given me my money. The buyer of the account has send full proof that they have completed the payment and that playerup has the money I should have. Terrible service. I have also tried to get in contact with them via live support chat. It said i was 2nd in queue and it should take roughly 19 minutes. I waited 7 HOURS and it still said i was 2nd in queue. This is a scam website and i do not recommend it to anyone, please use a different site. I have also seen instances of people giving a bad review and then playerup responds that they have fixed the problem but still didnt give the money but instead deleted their account. And PlayerUp reacted. They said they have no BTC for payment, but they can send me LTC. And ask me to close my review. I don't looking for conflict, I send my LTC address and delete my review.
But after I do it – they ignore me again. Several messages in that two days and no one next two weeks.
I wrote second review. And PlayerUp remember me again. They promise to send my payment in 1 day after I delete my review. I give them second chance and delete my review.
Do I get my money? No, of course. PlayerUp ignore me again.
This is my third and final review. I'm sure, PlayerUp will contact me and write – they are ready to send my money after I delete my review. But they never will do it. I have no more hope and illusion. PlayerUp is scam – they take money from buyer, but don't send it to seller.”

Update 2 : ok i just apologise to playerup as they did not take the money in my account as the order was cancelled before they took the money as the money was on hold. My bank hold the money right now and beacause it Easter it take longer for them to put the money back into my account.
I will change my ratings a bit as they don't have to be blamed at all for my money problem, but what i deplore is to have an answer from them i had to come in this site and put a bad review. I ad to go all week whit stress to wonder what happen whit my money. I wish someone when i flag that i need help someone will of talk to me and tell me what happen.
