“There was a delay in receiving my order. I emailed customer services and they replied very quickly to sort out the issue. Prior to ordering I emailed to ask a question about the product, again a very quick response to my query. Very happy with my purchase and value for money. I would recommend and use again”
“there was a lack of communication. I was not told when my delivery would be. I checked my emails every day hoping to hear when my delivery might be also loging into my account but nothing.i arrived home on Tuesday to find a card from a delivery company who had tried to deliver my order. I now have recieveed my order but it would of been good to know when my delivery would be.”

I was suggest some sort of corespondance that puts the buyer at ease with a delivery day (or something that says..."it's still coming, or "nearly there...").”
