“Ordered 30 Aug. Standard 5 working day delivery, so should be here, but not yet arrived on 5th Sept. So visited website to see details.
Website states the order was shipped, but no date given, and no record of which courier was used.
Disappointing so far”
“Mirror not arrived yet dropped sales an E mail, they replied within minutes telling me it will arrive on the next working day which is in line with what the website says. So far so good, website easy to use and delighted with such a quick reply to my question”
“Quick and efficient delivery of a great bathroom cabinet.
One MAJOR drawback is the customer service department . Sadly the lady I spoke with had absolutely no product knowledge nor was she able to resolve my problem. Assembly manual incorrectly instructs that the doors of cabinet can be removed by loosening a screw but that is impossible, the entire door has to be unscrewed to be removed, something that 'customer services SHOULD have know without asking me to take photos and send them in for analysis.
All that said the product is superb and excellent value for money”
“I bought the Ultra Adela Backlit Mirror 500 X 700mm LQ345 mirror which was half the price some of the other retailers were charging. The mirror is sent direct from the manufacturers so it takes just over a week to arrive. Easy to install with fitting included. Excellent item would recommend.”
