The basin arrived extremely well packed, in a sturdy box with reinforced corners. Good start. The basin itself is very smart-looking, and nice and compact.There are a few issues with it though. Firstly, the manufacturing tolerances are very low (or quality control is very poor). One corner of the basin was 8mm higher than the others, making it very difficult to mount level. The four foam pads provided got this purpose were most definitely not up to the job. Either the front was level, or the back, but not both. In the end it was a compromise, leaving front and back almost level, and almost level side to side, with gaps underneath that needed to be sealed. The next problem was installing the waste. Again, the tolerances in basin manufacture meant that the waste rocked from side to side so much that the rubber mounting grommet Would not form a seal even with silicone. After several efforts it was necessary to use silicone sealant (liberally) on all surfaces. Finally, the design of the basin itself means that the bottom of the basin is quite flat, so it does not entirely drain. Just the surface tension of the water at the bottom of the basin is enough to overcome the fall into the trap, and leave a shallow pool of water to each side, which my other half is not happy about! All that said, it's in and looks great, but I would hesitate to buy this brand again.
