“MJ was of great help!! I ordered something on 7/7 and hadn’t received it yet. He checked and said it is due to be delivered tomorrow, 7/22. Thanks for your help MJ! You were great!! I look forward to receiving my order!”

“I received an email indicating my credit card was denied. I spoke to Deane at customer service. I must have entered the card number wrong. After reentering the info, everything was fine and my order was processed for shipping.”

“We had an order that had been cancelled over the phone that didn't get cancelled in their system. The first time I called, the individual stated she could not help me. I called back and spoke to Grace and let her know the situation. She told me she would work on it for me and she called later in the day and had been able to get this order cancelled and the money refunded to our card. We are more than grateful for Grace's tenacity in helping us with our situation. We will continue to use Plumber Stock not only for the great pricing on items we use for our customers, but also for the impeccable customer service we received as well. Thank you, Grace & Plumber Stock!”

“Customer service representative promptly answered the phone. My request was to verify that a particular item was in stock. She not only looked it up on her system, but she also called the Tennessee warehouse to have them verify that it was in-fact in stock. Then she offered to help me place an order. Extremely helpful!”

“I had not received any info re my order for a water pump for my water fountain. I phoned and was graciously assisted by Bernard. Thank you so much for the assurance as to sending date and assurance I would be notified. While it has taken longer that I had hoped and if I would have gone through Amazon, I have been assured it will be here in time for the gathering at our home. Thank you Bernard. “I didn't automatically receive an email when my order shipped so I called customer service to inquire about the order. MJ was very helpful and friendly. He found my order and emailed the tracking info I needed. The order arrived on time and was correct.”

“I called to inquire about an order that I assumed went through, although I could not find an email of confirmation in my Inbox. When I called customer service today at 11:38am PST, "DeeAnn" responded and quickly found my order, reassuring me that it was on its way and then she also resent the original email that I had not received in order to confirm. She was very courteous and helpful and provided "5-star" service. Thanks, DeeAnn! KW 7-20-22”

“What a pleasure! One quick phone call and the staff was super helpful in cancelling an order I accidentally submitted before it was complete and refunding my charge promptly. When I submitted the correct order, it arrived in record time. Definitely shopping here again.”

“Aillene provided me a very quick and complete response regarding the status of the 2 parts I had ordered. Although one of the parts was on back order and not expected to be at their warehouse four weeks from my order, she notified me that it was available upon my request for status and was in the process of it shipping to my house. Although I have not received my parts at this time, I am very happy so far in how customer service is working for me.”
