“1. The CC I used to place this order had been "hacked" and Bernard was able to quickly update my billing info with the new CC info. 2. Bernard also told me that one of the items in my order was not due to ship from Moen until the 3rd or 4th week in August. I asked if he could ship the rest of the items now and send the Moen item when it came in. He said yes, he could do that, no problem.”
