“I contacted customer service when the fireplace doors I received did not include all the parts necessary for me to do the install- I had mistakenly ordered the doors only and not the additional hardware and glass needed. Jake was extremely helpful, empathetic and kind. He stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes while he contacted Vermont Castings and obtained the part order numbers I needed as well as placed the orders for me. I literally couldn’t have asked the call to go any better!”

“MJ was great. MJ was responsive to each of my several e Mails. Unfortunately the part, which required sourcing from the manufacturer (American Standard) was No Longer Available - and so I was unable to do business with Plumbers Stock this time 'round. I'll try them next time.”
