“My contractor asked me to find air return grilles for our remodel because the standard ones at Lowe’s and Home Depot are only 1/4” deep and don’t match up with the base trim. Jake took the time to check the specs on the grill to confirm that it’s 7/8” and told me he’d keep the information on hand whilst I checked with our contractor. He called me back right away after I left a message and told me the order will be here in 2-3 days. He was amazing and I will recommend Plumbers Stock to our contractor and everyone I know who does home DYI. THANK YOU JAKE!!”

“Plumbers Stock made me happy because MiaS works there. MiaS is one of the few people that does what she says she will do. MiaS walked me through custom orders step by step twice and kept me informed when each step was done. Specifications, Purchasing, Costs, Production Estimate, Shipping. The products were as good as MiaS.”

“I was very pleased with the customer service at Plumberstock. Jake was very responsive to my emails and extremely courteous and I appreciated that. I ended up cancelling my order due to the fact that I found the missing part at my house and no longer needed to purchase it. Jake confirmed my cancellation promptly and seamlessly. I would definitely use Plumberstock again just based on the customer service that I received.”
