“Toilet arrived broken due to shippers error. Jake at Plumberstock responded by immediately sending a replacement. I was expecting the situation to be a total headache but he made it SO EASY. Great company!!!”

“Jacob (Jake) was extremely helpful. His response time on questions I had were super quick. I had items to return that didn't work out for me and his email to me provided all the necessary information for me to return the items in order for me to get my refund. There was a "box" dilemma, but he understood my frustration and totally backed me up. Thank you Jacob for your excellent customer service skills!”

“I received an order with an inaccurate description of quantity. When I called Plumbers Stock customer service they were extremely professional and corrected the problem. They immediately notified amazon for a refund and correction of description then allowed me to keep the item that was sent with no charge.”
