“I am writing to recognize the singular assistance of someone in the Service Department (Named "MJ"), who offered extraordinarily professional courtesy to me when I could not locate the product I had purchased some 6 weeks ago. He researched it while I was on the telephone, thoroughly and all the while keeping me informed of what he was doing, until he located the original UPS Tracking Number, and waited for my return phone call to confirm good receipt. His intelligence and kindness is without parallel in my professional life. Apart from that, the price on the Toto sink I'd ordered was among the lowest I could find online, and the delivery was, hands-down, the quickest. Many thanks, and I hope to do business again with Plumbers Stock soon.”

“Yesterday I noticed a charge on my cc for a product that had been back ordered but I hadn’t received an email about it being shipped. Called today to inquire and CSR was very helpful and efficient. Made sure to answer all my questions and asked if anything else she could help with. My item had been shipped on the 11th with FedEx and I should get it early next week! Can’t wait!! Thanks Plumberstock!”

“After placing an order online, I wasn’t sure whether I entered all required info correctly. Customer service was prompt to reply and assure me that order was placed correctly. I was happy to hear back from a real person not an auto reply and can wait to receive the AC capacitor that I ordered.”

“I Patricia Frash is actually a returning customer from August of 2019. The customer service I received in August was excellent. This why I am returning to buy the same product for my house in California. I had brought two in August of 2019 for my sister in Henderson, NV. She is very happy with her Watco innovator push pull Oil-Rubber Bronze Trim Kit. I can wait to receive mine. I have received the same excellent customer as I did in 2019, very professional, knowledgeable and caring for customers' purchases with delay of products and items on backorder. Customer has been great with Communication through email and staying on top of delays from MFG and keeping me up with updated.”

“Extremely fast on filling my order. The prices for my parts (hard to find) were substantially lower than other plumbing stores and even some big box stores. Guess they will have to put up with me in the future. I have found my go-to on-line plumbing parts provider. Plumbers Stock is a great company to work with. Thank you from Idaho.”

“I reached out to Ercel to see about an order that I had placed yesterday to see if I could make a change to the shipping address to correct a mistake that I made. Ercel was very friendly and truly interested in making sure he did everything he to do to help me. Unfortunately, the package shipped the same day I ordered it and he couldn’t make the necessary change to the shipping address, but did provide me the FedEx tracking number. Ercel is a real asset to you Team.”
