“I apparently ordered the wrong part. Although common sense says that the part should have been the correct one. I determined to just return the part. I contacted PS.com and got the information needed. Followed instructions and waited for over a month for a refund. Called twice to get somebody to answer. Got Jacob, he THEN had the refund processed. That is very poor business practice. Company is difficult to contact. Does not return calls and apparently does not process refunds unless the customer meets ALL of their demands and then has to pester them to get the refund.”

“Representative Ann D. was very efficient & polite in canceling my order that was placed on August 25. I was disappointed that the estimated arrival dates were extended a few times until the end of November from the initial 13 day ETA. In addition, the items had to be sourced from another vendor for over 20% more.”

“I was initially quite pleased when my product arrived 'early' but then disappointed when I discovered it was broken. I had purchased the shipping insurance and am very glad I did. After some back and forth between the insurer and Plumbers Stock I was made whole when Plumbers Stock shipped me a replacement. It would have been nicer if Plumbers Stock had taken full control of the insurance claim but eventually I was able to coordinate and Plumbers Stock sent me a replacement.”

“Jacob was very service oriented and even followed up with email. The reason for a 4 rating is that when I ordered the item it did not state that the item is back ordered with the manufacturer. I ordered the end of Sept and now hearing it will be possibly Nov before being shipped.”

“Ann D. did a wonderful job explaining the slight delay of my order. The six weeks availability of the product was a little bothersome, since I could not turn on the cold water. The faucet was dripping and I did not wanted to waste all that water. The long drawn-out availability of the replacement parts was a little annoying, but that was not your fault. However, you made it more bearable with your good and honest service information. Keep up the good work! Greeting Franz M.”

“Jake help me out this morning on a question I had about my order. My order came in a very timely manner unscathed and well packed. Took three days to get a whole toilet. The price was unbeatable, that saved me over 200 dollars. Get place for your plumbing needs.”
