“I ordered a part for my 40 year old Moen shower trim kit. It was called a Stop Tube. Plumbers Stock had what I thought was the correct replacement. Well it was for a newer shower faucet system and was different. I called MJ in customer service and and he solved the problem by refunding my purchase amount. I did not even have to send back the incorrect part. He also recommended that I call Moen and try to get the official part number so I could know it was the correct product this time. The company was very helpful and quickly took care of my issue. I will use them again for plumbing replacement parts.”
