“This is a follow up on a report yesterday of a satisfactory call to Jake about the order status of a medicine cabinet. It arrived when he said it would (about 9 days after placing the order) in excellent condition. Jake was very helpful, but I might mention that I don't know why the automatic email reply to my order said that there would be a 1 month lead time, and said an email would be sent when the order shipped. I didn't get that email saying the order was shipped. I did get another email from Zendesk asking whether I was satisfied with customer service or not. Nothing much happened when I clicked on yes I was satisfied, so I clicked on no, I wasn't satisfied. It then went into a loop trying the verify I wasn't a robot and I could not leave a message.”

“I ordered a medicine cabinet on the website. The order receipt came back with a lead time of 31 days. After a week I called to see what the order status was, and Jake told me it had already shipped. He emailed me the FedEx tracking number, and it is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Aside from not getting an email that the cabinet had shipped, I am very happy with the customer service.”

“I contacted Plumbers Stock about a warranty issue on an item I bought several years ago, and their customer service rep Jacob P. worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get me a replacement. Great service from Plumbers Stock! I will be shopping from their web site again.”

“I had a problem on my most recent order. The plumberstock.com phone number was not working properly on Friday, September 13 and 14 so I could not contact someone to help resolve the issue. I called again on Monday September 16 and was connected to a customer service rep named Jake. Jale quickly assessed the problem, found that it was in their system and set about resolving it. He only took a few minutes to do so and my issue was resolved. Jake was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and is a good representative for the company.”
