“Compamy gets 2 stars The five stars are for Jake only, the customer service tech that I spoke with last. The other customs service treks I spoke to get a 3. After two weeks of calls to get the status of my order jake finally manages to find out that the part was discontinued and stated he would give me a refund. I haven't gotten it yet... so will try to update when It comes in... if there is no update... no refund showed up yet... THE LEAST THEY CAN DO Is issue a refubd SINCE MY BATHROOM BUILD OUT HAS BEEN ON HOLD FOR TWO WEEKS WAITING FOR THIS PART.”
